QB Marve can transfer to SEC -- not UT, UF or LSU (sportsline.com)

Former Miami quarterback Robert Marve may transfer to a Southeastern Conference school with the Hurricanes' blessing after all. That is, any SEC school except Tennessee, Florida or LSU.
