Florida State's Stoops gets 3-year deal (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

New Florida State defensive coordinator Mark Stoops has agreed to a three-year deal with the school that guarantees him $400,000 a year. The contract also allows Stoops to collect postseason bonuses based on his existing $205,000 base salary. Boosters will pay the additional $195,000 to Stoops, who signed a contract dated Sunday.
