Oregon State extends coach Riley 3 years (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Oregon State football coach Mike Riley has agreed to a three-year contract extension through 2019. The extension, announced by the university late Sunday, effectively quashes rumors that Riley might be a candidate for the Southern California job. Pete Carroll is expected to leave the Trojans to coach the Seattle Seahawks.
