QB Edwards wins Payton Award again (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Appalachian State quarterback Armanti Edwards is the first player to win back-to-back Walter Payton Awards, honoring the top player in the Football Championship Subdivision. The 6-foot, 185-pound senior is the first quarterback in NCAA history to pass for more than 10,000 yards and rush for over 4,000 yards in his career.
