OSU QB Cate starts for injured Robinson (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Junior Alex Cate made his first career start at quarterback for No. 12 Oklahoma State on Thursday against Colorado in place of injured starter Zac Robinson. Cate had thrown only five passes in his career at Oklahoma State before being called on to replace Robinson, the school's career record-holder in total offense, passing and touchdown passes.
