Tubby Smith of University of Minnesota sued by former assistant Jimmy Williams (espn.com)

A former assistant coach who said he quit his previous job to work with Minnesota's Tubby Smith, only to be denied the job later, has sued Smith for more than $50,000, according to a report in the Minneapolis Star Tribune.
