Cincinnati announces new women's basketball coach (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

A former player and assistant coach at Connecticut is the new head women's basketball coach at Cincinnati. Cincinnati officials announced the hiring of Jamelle Elliott on Tuesday. Elliott has spent most of the last two decades with the Connecticut women's basketball program and Hall of Fame head coach Geno Auriemma.
