Xavier's Derrick Brown has declared himself eligible for the NBA draft, while retaining the option of changing his mind and returning to school for his senior season. The versatile forward said Thursday he won't hire an agent, which allows him to withdraw from the draft by June 15 if it appears he's not going to be a high pick.
