Hawaii women's coach Bolla ousted (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

The University of Hawaii has ousted women's basketball coach Jim Bolla, who had been investigated by the school after allegations he kicked a player in practice. Athletics director Jim Donovan made the announcement in a three-paragraph e-mail Wednesday. Donovan was scheduled to discuss the situation with reporters later in the day.
