Rutgers assistant Davis-Wrightsil resigns (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Rutgers assistant coach Clarissa Davis-Wrightsil has resigned to return to her home state of Texas. Davis-Wrightsil leaves Rutgers after less than a year. In a statement released Thursday by the Rutgers Athletic Department, Davis Wrightsil said her mother has experienced health problems and she felt she needed to be closer to her family.
