Michigan State has a home-state advantage and bettors are getting sentimental about Villanova, but sports books in Nevada still clearly favor North Carolina to win the NCAA tournament. Oddsmaker Mike Seba of Las Vegas Sports Consultants said Monday that Carolina was a 10-11 favorite to win the title.
