Alison Lacey made six of Iowa State's record-tying 16 3-pointers and the fourth-seeded Cyclones routed East Tennessee State 85-53 in the opening round of NCAA tournament on Sunday. Lacey led the Cyclones (25-8) with 18 points as Iowa State built an early double-digit lead and cruised against the Buccaneers.
