Tech to play without leading scorer Montgomery (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Georgia Tech sophomore forward Alex Montgomery won't play in the first two rounds of the NCAA tournament because of a knee injury. Montgomery, the team's leading scorer at 13.7 points per game, hurt her right knee late in Georgia Tech's 81-69 loss to Clemson on March 5. Yellow Jackets coach MaChelle Joseph said Montgomery didn't make the trip to Iowa City.
