Greivis Vasquez scored 22 points, Eric Hayes had 17, and Maryland held off No. 18 Florida State 77-68 on Sunday night to snap the Seminoles' seven-game winning streak. The Terrapins (10-4, 1-0 Atlantic Coast Conference) let a 16-point lead dwindle to 48-45 before Vasquez scored nine points in a 14-4 surge that made it 62-49 with 9 minutes left.
