Amber Smith scored a career-high 20 points, and Amani Franklin had 11 points and 11 rebounds to help Kentucky beat No. 17 Vanderbilt 63-53 on Sunday for their first win over the Commodores in 11 years. Smith scored 17 of her points in the second half and sparked a 21-7 run that erased a Vandy's 10-point lead.
