Allison Hightower scored 16 points and added five steals to help No. 11 LSU beat Southeastern Louisiana 72-27 on Tuesday night. LaSondra Barrett had a double-double for the Lady Tigers (10-1) with 11 points and a season-high 10 rebounds. She also added five assists. Kim Edmonson led the Lady Lions (6-6) with 10 points.
