Jeff Foote had 19 points, 11 rebounds and five blocks to lead Cornell to a 71-66 victory over St. John's on Monday night in the championship game of the Holiday Festival at Madison Square Garden. Jon Jaques had 20 points for the Big Red (9-2), who won their first title in their fourth appearance in the tournament and first since 1970.
