No. 23 Kansas routs UMKC 81-53 (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Krysten Boogaard scored 19 points and Danielle McCray had 18 points as No. 23 Kansas easily defeated UMKC 81-53 on Thursday night. McCray, who entered the game averaging 19.4 points, paced Kansas with a mix of inside shots and 3-pointers. She scored 14 first-half points in helping Kansas build a 12-point lead at the break.
